If we make a mistake please let us know and we will do our best to help you, if you receive a broken item please contact you shipping company who delivered it. If an items is broken or missing in a boxed or carded figure please contact the manufacturer, if you have a hard time getting in touch or getting it replaced, please let us know and we will be glad to help you. All packages sent out in the USA will be insured, tto foreign countries, they will not be uless you tell us. If any package goes to a foeign country and is not insured or have a tracking number the post office can not look for it. Once we give it to the post office we can not look for it or check on it unless it goes Express or is insured. Returned items, please notify us with in 7 days of receiving it if you want to return it and we will give you a return number, otherwise we can not process the return or refund
